Hi, I’m Candic — the photographer behind Dawn Photography.

This all began with my kids. I wanted to hold on to every smile, every little moment that slipped by too fast. What started as saving memories of them grew into a love for capturing life in all its forms — people, pets, sunlight, and everything in between.

I’m based in southeast Oklahoma, home-based in Spencerville, but I love to travel wherever a story needs to be told. I specialize in children, animals, boudoir, and in-the-moment shoots — the kind that can’t be staged, only felt.

My style is rooted in real emotion and natural light. Whether it’s a child’s laugh, a pet’s personality, or quiet confidence shining through, I want each image to feel genuine and full of life.
